Red face HELP! smoke coming from headlights!!!

So today I noticed one of my HIDs went out. I turned them on and off and my passenger side HID would turn on and flicker then die out. I noticed that the headlight lens looked foggy. After that I turned the headlights on again and I noticed smoke inside the headlight housing. I am running 1 month old Garax 8K D4S hid bulbs that I bought brand new from iJDMTOY. I had them installed at Tommy@Musicbox whom has installed multiple HID bulbs for me and Ive never had a problem before with his work. Anybody know whats wrong? Did I fry my ballast? The Garax HID bulbs are only a month old, however I noticed that the passenger side emitted a blueish-greenish light from the start and it didn't match the other headlight. Is it the bulb causing the problem? I noticed that there is no buzzing sound coming from the passenger side HID. So could my ballast be fried? HELP! Sucks that it is memorial day weekend so most places are closed. Thanks in advance.

What do the bulbs look like right now? Any visible sign of excessive heating? I would say one of them has failed.

the driver side bulb is fine. the passenger side turns on for 5 seconds, flickers, then dies. the passenger side headlight looks foggy now.

I wouldn't worry so much about the ballast just now, cause if the bulb is fried, or there is no bulb at all you won't hear any buzzing.

try exchanging the bulbs.. that way you'll know if your ballast is fried or not...

Its the bulb if the lens is smoky. If the ballast is smoking the smoke would go under the hood not into the headlight
