All the naysayers in here just arent smart enough to make it work.... ANYTHING can be swapped.
If this guy in eastern europe can take an IS250, swap a 3uzfe AND mate it to an IS-F cluster im pretty damn sure an LS1 can be done.

Nobody has suggested he can't "make it work"
But several folks have suggested he'll spend a lot of time and money (more than he would actually buying an F, because the price gap isn't insanely large in the US like it is in Europe), and that he won't get everything original to work cleanly in doing so (because the guy who did the successful 2JZ swap didn't, and he spent hundreds of hours on it and has a lot of motor swap experience, and there's simply no decent way to make an LS1 ECU operate, say, VDIM, because unlike say a GS430 ECU for the 4.3L Lexus V8 it has no idea what the hell that is).
If the OP still wants to do the swap I'd suggest he start with a pre-09 250 with as few electronic options as possible (ie no memory seats, no PCS, no park assist, no ML/Nav, etc)... that, and several hundred hours of labor, and he'll probably be able to get a working LS1 2IS with only a couple of dash lights he won't be able to get rid of. (similar to the results of FL 2JZ swap, but louder)
