Default New 2011 USB F-Sport needs an opinion

Should I have my dealership put a lexus badge on my trunklid? I feel like the trunk is missing something and maybe the emblem will help.

Also, does anyone know if the badge has pins on it or if it could just be stuck on like a sticker?

Thanks in advance

Also just found a better pic of someone's USB that doesn't have the rear emblem either and a 2011 SGM with it.

Opinions??

'11 doesn't have LEXUS on the back. i suppose you could but it separately if you like. it seemed off to me at first, but then i start driving and forget all about it .... and yes you can just stick it on just make sure its straight

It sounds like it kind of bothers you without it... I think you should put it on then. :^D

Symmetry is always important, so it does bother me a little bit.

I also thought about de-badging, but if their are pins in the back I don't want to leave holes.

i think it looks better without, the car already has the L emblem, most other car companys dont have a emblem for the car make type either, jus usually the model....lexus made a good choice by taking off the Lexus emblem.

I like it without, but I also like it with.

The emblems are held on with double-sided 3M tape, so you can definitely add it.

There are pins for both emblems. If you remove the IS350 emblem you will have holes. If you want to add the Lexus emblem, you'll probably want to trim the pins off of the back of it (no point in drilling holes in the trim panel).

you should leave it as is... it looks fine... nothing is really symmetrical.

Thanks Jeff...I think I'm going to keep it as is for now, but thanks for the info. Glad to hear that it can just be taped on and drilling isn't necessary.

If I were to go ahead and buy the emblem, what would be a reasonable price?

I would think for a new one from Sewell or other online dealer that offers discounts would sell one for around $30.00.

Part number is 75441-53071 for the emblem, I think retail list price is around $40 down in the USA.
