Default Ideas on how to fix my dash

So im use others had this problem and I read some threads about a new dash costing $500+. But my dash seems to be very weak around the center console and small pieces would come off ever so easily.
But when making my custom double din trim, I had to test fit many many times and was careless and large chunks broke off.

So I was pondering some ideas but wanted to see what guys think?

I will post up picture tom'w morning. But yeah its pretty large and another was totally my fault. I had to cut inside to make something fit and didnt know that my dremel was hitting my dash. haha so another chunk gone.

I read people say use plastic dip, but i would it be enough to actually fill it and not just cover it up?
