New HID Bulb wont work. Need a new power box??

I took my new HID bulb to get replaced.

My mechanic said that there is no power going to the headlight and the bulb is not the problem. He said I need a new power box.

Does anyone know what this part is???

2007 IS250.

He's probably referring to the headlight ballast.

Thanks. I was assuming that after reading other forms just now.

Now I have to figure out what kind I need and how to order it.
