Wow that looks pretty bad, but I don't think it's totaled like a few others said it looks llike most of it is just cosmetic.

OP i would highly recommend you to try and make "friend$$$" with an adjustor when he visits you to take a look at the car. I was in your shoes two month ago and i've learned a few things from that experience.

PS. Does the car start? can you drive it?

I think it can be fixed! 9K is my rough estimate! Just throwing that out there.

Good old city of miami police, from that i take it the accident happend around the downtown area.

PS: Don't pop your airbags, the police reports says if they were deployed or not which in this case the office most likely clicked on the NO. If you pop them the insurance company will take longer on your claim and probably get your for fraud.

it sucks what happened but I'm sure it can be fixed. I live in Pembroke Pines and trust me wen I tell u that I've seen worse get fixed and done right... specially if the bags did not popped.

Looks like it might be fixable. Just cant tell if the frame suffered any damage or not. But just from the picture, looks like it will be around $10k in repairs.

As far as the headlights go, it'd be something the bodyshop would have to get for you. They might make you pay the difference in cost though.
