Nope, probably just an option. My '06 350 with premium and sports pkg doesn't have the GFX kit either (wish it did of course).
I believe only the X-pkg came maditory with the factory GFX kit.

...far as I know you can't get the premium -and- sport package on the same car.
(the premium package is just the same seats the sport package already comes with, plus woodgrain... and the sport package is aluminum trim rather than woodgrain).
Oh, and the X package didn't get the full bodykit, just the front lip... (but you're correct the sport package got no bodykit pieces at all)

Just to add on top, this car also has parking sensors on it too, so I am wondering if this is a special build car.
