I think 21.9 with 78K is a bit high for private seller but its about right for dealer.
It took me over a month to find mine in San Diego (9hrs drive away from where I live).
You might find one for about 20K with around 60K miles if you be patience enough.

Speaking as someone who has driven quite a few Lexus dealer loaner cars in my time, I can tell you that I wouldn't buy a loaner/rental car at ANY price.
Loaner cars are beaten to hell over and over again. There's no way to fully assess the damage this repeated abuse does, but I can tell you that a loaner car will not last nearly as long as an exactly similar non-loaner car due to all the hell drivers throw at them. You could be in for headaches down the road when parts start to fail you'd never have expected.
