That's the thing. My phone detects the car but won't connect with it. It just keeps saying "bluetooth headset disconnected". My phone can connect to different things but not my phone. Maybe it's just an Android thing. I hate my phone now!

You're telling me you before tax and license, they gave you ~$38,000 as selling price from $45,000 MSRP? Not sure if this is possible even if Japan wasn't hit by the tsunami. If you did, that's one hell of a deal! Given the situation, I contacted maybe 10 dealerships or so and they didn't even have any IS350 on Obsidian. Took me a while to find one and most dealerships were willing to give only ~$2,000 to $3,000 off MSRP at best. Either way, I'm very happy with the car.

I personally would pass for the same reason I'd pass on a rental or a loaner vehicle: the abuse the car's undoubtedly taken. And for a factory demo car I'd imagine it's even worse.
That said, if that's not as much a concern to you, if the price is right go for it. I'd imagine being a demo car it's fairly highly-optioned, and was obviously kept in good shape.
If you can wait, prices in general though will likely get better in the next few months as the fallout from the Japan disaster subsides.
