Late `12 with the new chrome glossy with eyelash bubbles as well:



Took it into my dealer and they said they called me back and say they will replace them. Car is at 48000 miles so basically almost out of the factory warranty but Certified Pre-Owned with 2 yrs remaining, so if I'm still having bubbling a year from now I guess I will complain hard to corporate if they do not honor CPO warranty.

Hey guys and gals, have just scored a Lexus is250c for the Mrs. The car is a 2011 with only 17000 miles on the clock. The car was well cared for and always garage kept. I too am meticulous about my cars. I just noticed the headlight bubbles on both sides, boy am I bumbed. It is a 2011 so I guess I am out of luck, I am hoping someone here may know something to help me in my plight. Called the dealer where the car has been serviced, they acted totally in the dark about bubbling headlights. The dealer is Orlando Lexus . Looking for help, thanks

I'm sure if you called Lexus Customer Service, they might be able to offer some level of assistance given there's less than 20k miles. I think the only other option that you have is to have them shaved down and refinished.

Are you talking about National Customer Service or Orlando Lexus customer service?
the young man I spoke with was clueless like he had never heard of this problem.
