Sorry to see this damage to your car. It'll get fixed easy. A bit of advice, don't park near any cars/ behind any cars when doing a shoot. I totally agree it's his fault but people are stupid!!!

If I understand correctly... he was parked in a regular parking space while you were in the lane and pulled up perpendicularly behind him to get out and take pictures of your car? Did the cop definitely say he was at fault and indicate that on the police report?

I was not illegally parked the officier stated that h he backed out n hit me he is at fault because wat if that was a person instead of my car
