Yes, the connectors are the same and the pinouts correspond with the additions and deletions on the '11, so it might work, but it might not if the ECUs run a wire check for the indicator (which is a normal part of start up) and they can't find the indicator (wire not connected).
Maybe I'm reading this wrong - is there no TPMS system in the 2011 IS-F? I'm clearly confused because I can't imagine Lexus getting rid of it.

Someone with a 2011 IS-F should just swap gauge clusters with an ISx50 to see what happens.

^ Unlikely.

The Government mandated that all new cars here in the USA have TPMS standard after September 2007. Lexus would be violating that law if they left it out

When I first saw the cluster, I thought it was ugly because of the small *** speedo and the huge tach.

What he meant by the '11 F not having TPMS indicator is just the yellow light on the cluster. Since the '11 F cluster is all digital the TPMS would be displayed on the screens instead of the independent indicator we all have.

Mostly right. The difference is (as you correctly stated) there are no individual lights for TPMS, but the reason has nothing to do with the display being digital. They just decided they didn't need them in addition to the multi-display. Which also raises a question - there is a microprocessor in the multi-display fully capable of translating from network packet to indicator light. Why do they persist in having individual wires for certain LED indicators, but not for others? I suspect they're worried something could go wrong and without an individual wire, someone could blame the software, but really...they could run the entire multi-display and all it's functions with three wires (power, ground, network) if they just trusted their network (CAN & BEAN) to transfer the data efficiently and accurately.

OK, I'm done ranting.
