I used to live in omaha and used L of O a few times and wasnt impressed, even though they claimed to have service awards and such. I live in Dallas now and the service i get at Sewell blows them away, they keep me in a Lexus.

I do love the free car washes. Even though they don't do as good a job as I do. It's been hot as hell lately so I'll take the free washes now.

I really haven't had much problems with my dealer. I go to McGrath here in Chicago. It all depends on the service adviser you get IMO. First time I went there, the guy I got wasn't too nice. Second time for recall, the dude I got was extremely polite, got me my $64 tank of gas for free part of recall and didn't wash my car cause he saw it was already clean. Last time, I cleaned my car and the dealer washed it, it came out dirtier than when I bought it in! He also gave me facts and no bull. All depends how polite and caring they are but one thing is always the same, prices are high!

+1 on that when I was ready to buy my is I was walking around the dealership looking for someone to help no one would help me they all just stared at me and after I bought my is, from somewhere else, and had to get a front rim replaced after the face to the rim exploded out of the barrel after hitting a crack on the freeway from them cause they were the closest dealership to where I live and it was kinda sketchy driving 60mi+ to the next dealership they charged me 2k to replace ONE rim and tire and the guy at the service desk was treating me as if I were an idiot

Concord Lexus is 10 mins from me. I pass Concord Lexus and will drive the extra 50 mins it takes for me to get Micaiah to Fremont Lexus, which I feel has the best service (and they don't damage your car!). LexTuners, a subdivision of Fremont Lexus, will match Sewell's prices in a heartbeat.

Lexus of serramonte at Daly City is horrible both the sales department and the service department, charged us 300 bucks just for oil change, technician refused to work on my modded car when i am paying 155 bucks just for inspection, tried to scam me by saying my warranty is over, inexperienced service adviser, horrible attitude from sales department, rip off prices and plenty more.

Lexus of Stevens Creek is pretty decent. Mark my sales guy was pretty cool to work with and their service department reps are ok too.

Chandler Lexus in AZ is Awesome. Stand up guys. Just cause you cant afford the dealer does not make them crooks (although there are some out there) You pay for a certain level of service. Im ok w/ that. Like stated before, do some research and have them price match if you feel like you are being ripped off.

Bro... I feel you!!! I did my 65k maintenance 1 month ago... 1200 BUCKS!!! WTF?! I checked my checklist and details and all they did was oil change, spark plugs, drained all engine fluid and 100 point inspection... 85 dollar per hour labor.. They milked me to the max... Fresno Lexus...
