I dont do a " full car wash " but i do use a quality QD like fk425 / zaino's z5 or z8 with a good microfiber towel every other day 
usually there's a slight dusting so using these often cleans the ride up and makes it looking nice and shiney !!
If i were to do a full car wash ..... it'll take me like 3 hours thus i dont do that often at all

Once every 3/4 weeks.
This includes wiping the interior with leather wipes, clay bar any nasty bugs or marks, clean the rims, and polish the exhausts, lips on the wheels and emblems
Wax every 3/4 months.
About a 2 hour process. I get to enjoy the lovely weather!

I try for once a week but its rainy season so when its not raining or 200 degrees out i try and give her a bath but then it starts to sprinkle as soon as im done and say eff it and go inside.........SoFlo FTW in the winter time but boo in the summer
Vacuuming it is another story i go 4 maybe 5 months at a time without vacuuming that bish but knock off the mats every couple of washes
