No, as was said, all 2IS models only come with the 4 sensors. As for the spare, no 2IS models come with a full-sized spare either, even AWD models only come with a temporary donut spare.
OP, it seems weird. If there was a full-size in there, the only possible thing that can come to my mind is that your car was missing the spare when you were coming to pick it up, so they just threw a wheel in there they had, and when you went in for your first service they put the correct one back in, and took the one they had "loaned" you. Still, I would think anything like this should have been discussed with you.
Not sure what else to say.
As for what will fit in the back, I've never tried to put a full-sized wheel back there, however in some countries in Europe and other places overseas they do come with full-sized spares and their spare tire well in the trunk is the same part number as ours, so unless there's something else preventing you from putting it in, I'd think it should fit fine. Like I said though, I've never tried personally.
