+1 on what (almost) everyone else said. I'd go for the car payment since you couldn't drive it for a month or free services.

Good luck ... I would be going crazy if I had a new 2011 IS in my driveway and couldn't drive it!

I say get over it and enjoy driving your car instead of looking for some handout because you were "inconvenienced" for a few weeks.

welllll said... poeple make mistakes, so it's the best to have positive relationship with dealership cause you'll never know.

Why is Lexus service expensive? Why are Lexus cars expensive? Pushing issues like this will hurt you in the long run. When the car comes in for service they may find ways to make the money back. Earn goodwill and hope they help you when you really need help.

They helped keep your mileage down.

i wouldnt ask for too much, a free oil change and air filter on top of the already free one you are given sounds nice
