I haven't installed any new tail lights nor do I understand how these IS's tails look when off. But for those of you who have uneven tails couldn't you just add a washer to the bolts to make them pop out a little more? OR stick some kind of thin rubber behind them before you tighten them down to make them more flush? Just an idea and just curious..
