Default stock exhaust tip removal!

I cant remove my stock exhaust tips on my is250! Someone please help me! i tried wiggling it and pulling it but it will not budge!

more muscle? nah....it takes quite a bit of force. i just wiggle mines out

spray it with wd40/liquid wrentch. Try your best to wiggle it out, it takes quite a bit of muscle. You can also use a flathead to bend the clip inside the tips, or use a mallet to the back of the tips

Drench those puppies in Liquid Wrench, let it sit for a bit and then use a rubber mallet from the back of the tips to gently hit em out. You can have someone wiggle them while you hit them with a mallet to make it a bit easier too.

if you have a jack, lift your rear via the differential. spray with wd40/liquid wrench. take a rubber mallet(preferably) and hit it from the back of the exhaust tip towards the front. this should loosen it up and you should be able to do the rest by hand

Well when you too broke to buy an exhaust system you buy after market tips from sewell.. =)

i actually like that idea, which tips are you planing to get? a Link and maybe a pic with them on your car when you get your old ones off will be great.
