Yeah, I saw that review. I guess if you're in the car hitting the unlock button repeatedly, that might be a problem. And I have to wonder if this person installed it correctly. According to Stellar, the difficulty level of installation is 7 out of 10. What that means to me is that I take the box it comes in and hand it off to someone who knows what they're doing. :-)
