take a look at truecar.com. you can get some valuable info on prices and the going selling price at the local dealers. spread out your search and then play one off the other. We got one of the local dealers to agree to sell at invoice with a reduced doc fee. Then when there was none available (which we verified with several other dealers), they ordered it for the same price.

I got essentially the same car...2011 IS350 AWD with luxury package with all the ammenities you highlighted...MSRP was $46,839.00, BASE was $41,530.00 and I got it for $42,400.00

Dang that 7.9% is HIGH! Similar credit got me 2.99 at my bank. Try a credit union they tend to be lower than banks.
