easiest thing to do is check the filter. but you'll have to know what the filter looked and brand before you brought it in. Next thing is to call the police and tell them you think the owner is selling weed out of his shop

Lastly, if your flux cap fails the test then please check your blinker fluid. This is important. If you are low on blinker fluid it's impossible to change your oil or do an alignment.
If you live in Dallas Texas and there is only two shops that can work on alignment for a Lexus then that is sad. Anyone with any kind of knowledge about cars would be first to check the oil if they question an oil change. Good Luck on owning your Lexus.
