In general so do I. I have 5k or 6k all around on my other cars. In my truck, I couldn't decide on a color, so I have 5k in lows + fogs, 4300k in highs, and 3k in my KC fogs. But on the Lexus, I've always liked the yellow fog look.
Yellow light cuts through fog much better than white (which actually reflect fog, lessening visibility), so if you live in a fog-dense like me (Bay Area) yellow is the way to go - I'm not sure if New Jersey ever gets foggy but I'm assuming it does as its right next to the Atlantic.
Don't get me wrong, 6000k is an awesome color and my friend runs those on his TSX, but he admits functionality in the fog isn't the best - in fact it does more damage as his foglights reflects the fog into his field of vision and he isn't able to see the road so he ends up turning them off.
I currently have 6000k, and thought about going with 3000k, but I feel like the yellow looks dated and reminds me too much of the older Lexus' and Mercedes'
