Remove lexus logo from steering wheel?

The brushing method sounds even better since I was not looking forward to trying to peel the thing off.
Yes I have stupid dark tint...18% on the side and back windows but when going home for lunch and other times when the sun is directly overhead or near there, the light comes through the windshield and hits the logo at the perfect angle to go straight into your eyes which is annoying even with sunglasses.
All very good suggestions, I will post pics once Im done with it. (whenever I get around to it)

I looked down at the logo today, and because I got the wheel replaced under warranty recently due to defective leather that they still seem to think was wear-and-tear on my part, my instinct says the timing is not right for me to screw with it for now, at least until I see someone else's result. Looking forward to your pics, they might inspire me.

You dont have to remove the emblem to plastic dip it.
I know there is more chance of you getting hit by lightening then deploying the airbag by trying to pry off the emblem from your steering wheel, but who knows? Do you want to risk it?
Plus, lets face it, your wife or girlfriend or significant other is going to be pretty ticked when you keep sounding the horn while you are trying to pry that emblem off.

Thanks for the pics but how did you do this?
By looking at the pics it look similar to this method:

Emblem looks like **** after attempting to paint it with white plastidip, need to take it off and give it a proper paint job.
