AT or MT doesn't make a difference to the case.

If it's a RWD yes, if it's an AWD no.

Sorry to dig up such an old post.
I currently have an IS200 rear diff and i've bolted it to my IS250 but i've found the inside splines are way to big on my IS250 to fit in the IS200 diff. Does anyone know if the outer splines from the IS200 are the same size as the IS250? Can i just buy IS200 shafts and fit them in to my IS250 hubs or do i need the IS200 hubs also?

Unsure but i have found IS200 inner CV joint which will mount to the diff but unsure if the CV joint can be joined to my IS250 shaft as the CV joint looks very different. Any clarification would be great.

I can't say for certain but if you're up for contacting a place that remanufactors axles, they may be able to tell you. Ask for BOM Bill Of Materials to see what parts interchange.

The other option is buying used axles and open them up, swap ends. You'll need new grease and clamps. New boots would be good too.
