Car issues again.
Going to a tournament I had to accelerate in to the free way from a 2 lane entrance. Had a SLOWWWW car trying to enter freeway, while 2 big rigs were in the slow lane of free way, didn't want to get pinned ( or potential accident ) between the slow car and 2 big rigs so I accelerated to the 2nd lane of the entrance to freeway, as I hit 65-70ish in the freeway, I get a check engine light ( BLINKING ), loss of power ( pretty much all the power in the car gone ) , car was shaking, and puttering sound ( sounding like a dying 64' bug ) had to putter and limp to the next exit to turn car off.
I exited to the next freeway exit, turned car off and after a min turned it back on and all issues gone and car was driving nicely again. That night time, got to a stop sign to see if I can recreate the issue, got to about 40-45 mph of a quick acceleration and VSC, check engine, exclamation mark again appeared.. this time no loss of power or vibration but all lights on. tried turning the car off and on but this time lights stay on.
Driving to the dealership with all lights on about 65, accelerated to 80 to try and recreate issue. the car bogged back down to a slower speed and check engine light blinked for a couple seconds till I decelerated. This is now the 3rd or fourth time this has happened and I fear that this can lead to a safety issue which is now at the dealership. All required maintenance, recalls and TSB have been done. I still have my extended warranty on this thing...
Has anyone ever have this type of issue? They've also done the throttle body tsb thing as well. I'm to the point that I don't want this safety issue that I might make my plans of the E63 come to fruition a lot faster than I want. I haven't accomplished what I want to fix up in this car yet and want to complete that before I mess a E63 of comparable car.

You said that you had all TSIBs done, so I'm assuming that you had the exhaust valves checked?
I've had the issue with the same thing. This also might an issue with the value springs or maybe the carbon buildup?
What did the dealership say were the codes thrown? Probably a cylinder misfire. How old is your car?

07, under 50K miles just had a major done a couple months ago. The last time they had it check and were able to recreate the issue, they sent the data to Lexus corporate in japan and they couldn't tell what happened or the issue as the misfire? or issue occurred for such a quick time that they just couldn't tell whats up.
From what I checked with my service adviser all TSIBs done. especially the carbon build up.

Hopefully that's it as I don't want that thing cutting out on me in the free way when a 16-20 wheeler speeding behind me. Hopefully dealer will tell me what's up, but a bad 02sensor at 4yrs old only? I'm really having 2nd thoughts on Lexus and it's commitment to excellence. I've had as much problems with this car now with my other that got caught in a flash flood.

I'm being told it's Fuel contamination.
Samples were taken and said that the fuel has a unusual odor and neon green color to it. Trying to deal with AAA now to see if they can cover this SH_T cause dealer said this is outside influence and would not be covered by Extended warranty.
