From my own biased opinion, BC Racing coilovers have good height adjustablility and dampening for about the same price as F-Sport Shock and Spring combo. Wish I had gone straight for the BCR than get the F-Sport set-up and waste monies . lesson learned

Get coilovers.. I said the same thing to myself before.. I dont wanna be too low.. a few months later.. i want to be lower!! (im getting coils this week). It was a waste of my 5 hrs installing springs in the first place now gotta take it apart..

with Coils you can go as low/high as you want. with springs you can only drop to a certain point.

Really? Is it kinda like Airbags? How would you adjust your height? Would you have to let a machanic do it for you if you wanted to change the height once again? Please clarify, I am a noob at this also. =P

no not like airbags, you can do it yourself.

one is coil the other one is spring, you see the two gold rings? thats where yo adjust your height.

You can change the height yourself...It's not too hard. If you don't know what you're doing, I'd just let the mechanic take care of it. Keep in mind it throws your alignment off when you adjust the height though. I was told it's nothing to worry about unless you change it by A LOT.

Coils are not like air bags. You have to lift the car up on jacks and remove the wheel to adjust the height. Airbags let you just do everything from the driver's seat.

EDIT: John beat me to it

Another reason to go adjustable coilover rather than just lowering spring- you can actually get linear spring rates...while most of the straight lowering springs are progressive.

Honestly if your asking this, I wouldn't recommend lowering it at all. Its nice the way it is.
