Default How to take off Front and Rear bumpers w/parking sensors?

My front bumper has 4 license plate holes and its cheaper to replace with a painted one from Sewell than to get it patched and repainted. My rear bumper has a huge gash mark from the previous owner possibly from a suitcase. Again, cheaper to replace.

My car has the parking sensors in the bumpers. I plan on replacing them myself as it seems easy enough. But I don't know how to disconnect the parking sensors. Anyone here know or can provide some input? Thanks.

Oh and I have headlamp washers too...

Bump. I've searched the forums and no solid answer. Anyone chime in?

When i removed my front bumper, it looked like the sensors are clip on the bumper with screws on them, i don't think it hard to remove them

There were no screws to remove the sensors. Just clips, that you simply slide either right or left, I forgot, but it does take a little muscle to slide them out
