F-Sport Sway Bars: Manufactured where?

Does anyone know where the front and rear F-Sport sway bars are manufactured? I need to know for a tax thing. A document stating it would be the best.... thanks!

I think Hotchkis still makes them. Hotchkis is a California company, but I assume they outsource manufacturing.
