06 IS350 with 122k miles for $12k yes or no?

That's hella cheap! For it to have all those options for $12k makes it sound too good to be true.. sounds too fishy to be true. 122k miles I don't consider high for Lexus, these cars can go for a long time before having mechanical problems if all the scheduled required maintenance are done. Why are selling it so cheap? They are a dealer so they should know the value is a lot higher than they are selling it at..

Sounds like you've already made up your mind, and I agree with the above that it sounds like a good deal.

For a car of that mileage, the only thing I'd add to the list in the above thread is water pump.
Also, spark plugs should be changed at 120k miles. Has it had that done yet? It's quite expensive unless you do it yourself, so I'd look into that.
