STAY AWAY FROM NOKYA'S!!!

I've had them on 2 IS's so far and they melted the harness's on both cars with stock wattage. I even replaced the burnt harnesses with their high temp harness and it even melted that. There's a reason why these are cheap and are all over Ebay.

Here is the link as requested.. these are links to 2011 IS overlays as I recently purchased mine from Lamin-X, but I'm sure you can find ones for your year IS:

Aerotect:
http://www.aerotect.net/shop/page3.html

Lamin-x:
http://www.lamin-x.com/3-Round-Light-Covers-p/sb-3.htm

Headlight Armor:
http://www.headlightarmor.com/11-lex...ction-kit.aspx

I personally like the Lamin-x overlay color of yellow. Based on a pic I saw in this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ight-film.html

Other non-lexus drivers I know use these as well. But I think the thickest ones are the Headlight Armor - 20mil. The aerotect site does not show a pic of the overlays which is one of the main reasons why I did not purchase them and the Lamin-x overlays were about $17 shipped.

Nice picture guys. I ordered 3000k HID fogs from HIDEXTRA for my TL and our 06 2G IS. My friend has the HIDEXTRA 3000k and has aerotech film over his fogs on his TL Type S.

I have attached a picture so you can see.

I will upload my pictures next week. I got the film but bulbs come next week.

What do you think of 3000k HID in our DRL lights? I am going to install those next!

Hey what kind of plate holder is that? Did you DIY it or is it the RHO PLATE? And congrats your plate matches your fogs :P. I hate the new NY plate -__-.

Seriously, you can buy those yellow overlays all over ebay for like $9 shipped.

I would rather pay a little more on here from a vendor than buy these off ebay. You get what you pay for, at least in most scenarios

Aerotect selling them for $24/pair (not including shipping). Lamin X = about $20 and those ebay overlays are like half of the cost. Yes, you get what you pay for but to me it's not worth it.
