Default How to disassemble IS250 interior?

Sorry if someone has posted this already but I cannot seem to find the post.
anyways I was hoping someone had pics or a guide of some sort on how to disassemble the interior. I want to wrap all my wood trim pieces with carbon fiber vinyl. If anyone could help me out and point me in the right direction that would be great thanks in advance

- Unscrew the shift ****.
- gently pull up on the two aluminum pieces on either side of the shifter gate
- Slide the arm rest back
- Pull up on the shifter gate (careful of two harnesses that need to be disconnected)
- Ashtray is held by two screws
- All four window switch plates can be pried up by a flat head screwdriver (and disconnect harnesses)

Just a flat head to pry the window cores up. No need to remove the entire door panel

I'm interested on finding out how to remove the door panel as well.

What about the rear deck? Anyone know how to remove it?
