Replica wheels! (post pics)

The video is educational, but at the same time misleading.
What's the percentage of a "safe driver" (obeys the signs and speed limits at all times) damaging the wheel at that angle? I'm going to take a wild guess here, zero!! Now what's the percentage of a crazy drifter from Japan (trying to parallel park at X amount of speed)...damaging the wheel? A lot!!!
So a better video to prove their point (and more likely to happen), blow the tire (at X amount of speed), and lets see the result.

OP I got Linea Corse Lemans on my IS350 rockin 8.5F and 10R.. I'm happy with em, I ride through roads that I would not drive in if I had to and would never drive 4K rims on. If I ever did crack em, guess what it only cost me 1K and wouldn't be that pissed if someone put me up on bricks one night.
It's your wifes not folks here on CL so get what you want bro, it's not like your driving it constantly via road racing, drag racing or a car show anyways. Authentic or Rep get what you want and NOT what people push or tell you too.

I am not passing judgement on anyone here, i even tried to help in my post on p.1, but when someone asks 'whats wrong~' and someone tells them 'whats wrong', THATS when the 'debate' starts...
*sigh* everyone gets so defensive and feels the need to justify their reasons for buying reps (rims/kit/whatever)~ I mean come on you KNOW the opinions that are out there BEFORE buying~

In my case, I've been fixing my cars up for almost 20 years. I get what I want to get regardless of peoples perception or what they think. I get parts in relative to my daily needs, what I use it for, how I'm gonna drive it and how I want to spread the money of purchase in regards to the total budget on what I want to spend on the vehicle . It's a personal taste and opinion.
In regards to opinions, " the saying goes, opinions are like Aholes, everyone has one " which is why opinions don't hold weight for me.

Replica wheels works just fine, they even have forged wheels that are replicas if you are worried about the wheel failing. Just my 2 cents... But if you have the dough to drop, then name brand wheels are the way to go.

i had to google that name~ $220 a rim... is that how much reps cost? it just boggles my mind to think that you can get rims so cheep~ ... to me cheep rims are at LEAST $500 each w/o tires... so when someone says they can get volk ce28s for 1.8k i think thats a DEAL~

User: KwlAznKid from S.Cali from E90post.com - He's trying to sell these busted *** Linea Corse rep LM's for $450 as 3 of them have cracks or have been cracked. 1 set of wheels with a 75% FAILURE rate. All the wheels are cracked at the edge of the inner and outter lip. Seems like these wheels can't handle Los Angeles roads..Because FAKE *** WHEELS!
He states:
-1 of the wheels have a small crack on them that can be repaired(does not hold air)
-1 wheel has a small crack but still holds air (but can also be repaired)
-1 wheel had a crack and is repaired and works perfectly (no bends no cracks)
-1 wheel is in perfect condition (perfect as in no cracks no bends)
