IS 250 Dim HID Headlight
I just purchased an 07 IS250 with HID headlights and have realized that the left headlight is much brighter than the right.
I'ver heard that this could be the bulb or the ballast. Whats the best way to figure this out without spending the money on a new bulb(s) to test?
Also, whats the best site to buy bulbs on? If I dont buy OEM do I need to replace both bulbs so that they match? If I can buy just one to match the stock bulb what color do I need? 4300k? 6000k? 8000k? Are these legit and would they match the stock??:

To check if it's the bulb or ballast, just swap the left bulb to the right housing and vice versa.
If you are replacing bulbs (whether oem or aftermarket), it's recommended that you replace both at a time. Bulbs burn in and color shift slightly as they are used, so unless you want two unmatched headlights, just change them both
