I am not so sure of that Mong. It is not aligned properly from the factory.
For my vehicles, both my AWD and RWD have toes and do not have inner wear and I get them checked every 4-5K to monitor the tire wear as per the alignment/tire tech's recommendation. So far, no issues.
My car was aligned at a dedicated alignment/tire shop.

FYI I also drive a 2010' 350 and my front tires was exactly like yours. After much research.. zero front toe is the way to go for DD.

YES, you need new front tires lol.. Like I said, front factory spec is not good for daily driving. Just go to a local alignment shop or go to your dealer to do the alignment and tell them you want absolute zero(0.00) toe degree on each side. Make sure they show you the before and after spec to make sure. The back side should be at 0.12 degree on each side. Just trust me on this bro.

Most people here will tell you to get the hankooks evo v12(that is what I have on now sets of 4's) I'm having my issues with it. I would recommend the PSS aka Michelin Pilot Super Sport. The reviews on it is amazing. Get the pricing on it with tirerack.com and go to america's tire or discount tire then tell them to price match it.
EDITED - does it snow in your area? if it does nevermind.. do not get summer tires lol. AND do not rotate your tires if you're running staggers.

+1 alignment, hopefully your specs are way out of line.
That much wear in such a small area is not "usual" on any vehicle unless you are way lowered. Are you on lowering springs/coils?

Again, there's dozens of threads on this, everybody having the exact same wear... all at stock ride height. Mine were actually even worse at similar mileage, but in exactly the same place.
It's the toe.
(and I'm among those who recommend the Hankook V12s, to the OP... if you live someplace it snows then get SNOW tires for that, run summer performance tires the rest of the time... all-seasons suck, in all seasons)
