I did the same thing three times. Three times I paid $15. I did not want to go to the CHP and probably get a ticket there for tinted windows. I just decided to buy the bracket that goes under the lower grill. No more tickets, no more worries.

I too have they RHO Plate...im fine with it. I had to get it aswell because of California laws..went almost 5 years without a front plate...so didnt want to drill holes so i get rho...I get looks from other IS owners when they drive by...pretty funny...like its custom..
