If the car has a JAPANESE IMPORTED FRONT CLIP and is THAT clean, it is not a ricer. The clear tail lights ARE ricer, however they are not shown in the pic. The black housing ONE piece headlights are also JDM and well executed, I say that's ricer but not ricer enough!!

You guys expect for all these cars to be hanging around. You swear! Raj, that green hatch you posted was clean back in the day. That last Civic posted was weak too. Just tail lights....not good enough in my book. I say if I didn't win then neither does this one. Keep it going then.
