Yup... that's exactly what it was. I have no idea what it was doing in the middle of the freeway though. At least I got it out of the road and free clear of a potential dangerous situation.

This lip has been repaired twice already and still holding on. I guess Vertex kits are pretty strong. Nothing new on my car though. I'm just trying to keep it from falling apart...haha
