Default Turn Signal Electrical Relay Question

Okay so not sure if the thread title is accurate, but not sure how else to put it.

I installed a set of OEM HID headlights last night. Everything went well, all lights working fine. The only issue is that, I got a set of Korea-spec lights which only have one bulb for the turn signal, whereas ours have two bulbs.

The lights I received didn't include the harness for the turn signals, so I had to plug in my US spec ones (which have two connections), to the headlights with only one turn signal hole. So one turn signal plug is just hanging free. I took out the bulb as I didnt want it cracking, shorting, etc. But this in turn caused the electrical system to think that one of the bulbs is out and force the rapid "blinking"

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the second bulb? Or tricking the system into thinking both are plugged in?

Otherwise, my only other option would be to cut a hole into the 2nd bulb slot.

Thanks
