Default Fogs to Match Garax 6Ks

Anyone running Garax 6K bulbs in their 2IS and found a HID kit for the fogs that will match?

I'm looking at a DDM Tuning 6k kit for the fogs (had great experience with them in the past) but not sure if it's going to match up. Post up what you guys are running and whether or not they match. Worse comes to worst, i'll just run 3k fogs

I know there was a thread on this a while ago, i can't seem to find it tho -_-

I got them Xtreme digital HID kit from xenon depot with garax 6k low beam and it seems to be a good match. Volt kit should be fine also.

Dont think there is any way to be certain any bulb would match per say. Ive got 4500k in my xterra that look like others 6000k. I think the DDM 6k would look nice, but I personally wouldnt go over 6k thats just me though.

I bought my MTEC bulbs from a seller on EBAY. They have several different color temperatures and the quality is excellent...it will set you back approximately $180.

I have used DDM slim ballast kits 35 and 55w not on the lexus but on several of my cars. You can buy relacement bulbs cheap, and the 35w H11 kit for the foglights are 45.00 plus fed ex shipping, and you can choose what bulb temp you want. I think I will go with the 3000k or the 5000k, I dont want my fogs to drown out my HIDs, nor do I want to blind anybody.

Thanks for posting some feedback about the XenonDepot HID kits =)

make sure to use coupon code "CL" upon checkout to save $25 on your kits.

We also carry D4S HID bulbs in 5000k, 6000k, and 8000k.

Steve
