When I had my windows tinted in my car (by the dealer who subbed it out) my car seriously looked like someone had been f@&king in it. White stains all over the seats....ugh!

Window tinters spooge on car seats all the time. It's a known fact.

So dealership took my car back and re-finish my damaged rim. Damaged part now have slightly different color and reflection is gone completely. I don't want them to make anymore damage on my car so I just accept and leave. My conclusion is "Lexus allows their technicians to damage their customers car when they want. Customers, if you have problem with this company culture then don't come"

That sucks man. It's pretty bad when a "respectable" company like Lexus does stuff like this to their customers. I expect better from them.

Weird. Looks like a poor repair at best.

Sucks. But you can pay $400 and have someone come out to refinish all 4 wheels. I just got one of my wheels curbed. They are 07 silver and my friend knows a guy who can fix the curb and refinish them in liquid graphite like the 08s.

They had a moron work on the wheel. The outcome is ridiculous. If they traded in a car and had to repair the wheel to meet CPO standards they would have done a better job. I would hold this against your dealer, not Lexus. I am not a ***** when it come to expecting perfection but this is not close. Take it back or ask permission for you to have it done at a good shop and submit the bill for reimbursement.

We had rain last week so I washed my car this weekend. I saw those touch up pain fell and damages appear clearly again. I am going to call them and check what they gonna do with this. I hope they can give me some explanation.

Now I feel like they just want to get rid of me by doing some finish job and hopefully I don't find out. Thanks for the rain we had last week and wash the lie off.

I do have plan to go for 19 F-sport rim but I have to use these tires first. Plus I can't sell my rims with damages. I feel bad if I sell something like this.

so I went back again and they took responsibility for the damage. Changing a new rim for me. Nice service from them so I would love to get another car for my wife from them next year.

Well done. Most dealers do care. Demanding and threatening are obsolete. Present issues in a calm manner and enjoy the rewards of being respectful.
