should I

A.) Drill holes in my Trunk to install?

B.) Use the 3mm Tape to hold it in place and cut the male end screws off?

Ask how much a body shop will charge you. I assume its an OEM spoiler. People have cut the screws but I'm not a fan of double sided tape jobs.

If it's stock spoiler, tape it with 3M so you can take it out later if you change your mind.

I got the OEM spoiler from Sewel for my sisters Obsidian IS and I took the bolts and double side taped it on. It worked great and it's holding up just fine.
