Try pulling out the fuse for the NAV unit for a few minutes and plug it back in to see what it does.
The Navi disk is behind the clock however to get it out, you need to be able to use the menu's to get to the map disc option to eject. Look in your tool kit, there should be two needle like tools which lets you put the needle though the two holes in the clock on each side.

Yep, it's behind the clock panel - it just needs to be taken off.
Have a look at this PDF on page 280.

In the diagram, it will show the two needle tools in there - disregard the flat screw driver, as you can work without it.

Welcome to the forum, but please try searching. Had you searched simply "nav screen" you would have come up with tens of threads:

Nav screen failure is a known issue on the 2IS. I do not think fiddling with the disk or and fuses will help, unfortunately. The dealership fix is to replace the nav unit for $2000+. You can call and complain to Lexus corporate and they may split the cost with you.
If you have an extended VSA or CPO warranty it's covered.
If you search CL, you'll find threads on DIY fixes like this: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...e-nav-fix.html
