Glad to hear that you are ok and also PROPS for checking on the other driver despite the the chaotic mix of emotions you must have been feeling in the moment.
Glad to hear you're okay. The car can be replaced.
I was t-boned in my old ES back in June by some lady speeding in her 1990-something Tahoe (yea, the 'tank') and I was hit on the rear passenger door as well. I credit the car for making the impact feel sort of like hitting a curb.
Wow crazy story but yah glad your ok! Good to know Lexus builds something that can withstand an accident like that and have the driver come out ok. GL with the next ride.
I know how it goes man, totaled my last car (Subaru). Glad to hear that your ok, sucks about the car but at least that what insurance is for (hoping she had insurance!). Good luck!
A nice ending to what could have been a horrific story. I am happy to see that you are able to be here with us and post what happened.
Hearing this always makes me rethink the investment we all have here. Not just a good looking classy automobile but one that will serve us best at its own sacrifice. Wonderful engineering with preservation of life on the menu.
