Default Xm radio question

XM TUNER KIT

I know the tuner kit made for my car is a 86180-0W030

I also know that it was replaced with a86180-0W031 which also with my car

My Question is would a 86180-0W032 work and fit in my 2008 IS350? With the (86100-0W220) Harnest?

86180-0W032 is the newest part number, it replaces 86180-0W030 and 86180-0W031.

check out www.vaistech.com they make a Sirius and XM Direct Tuner into your OEM system. Will work on nav and non nav units.

The lexus tuner plugs in in the trunk, apart from removing/replacing a couple trunk panels install is 5 minutes, and plugs right into the exisiting sharkfin antenna plug in the trunk

The VAIS one requires taking the dash apart to plug into the head unit, and then either taping up an aftermarket antenna somewhere, or buying an additional adapter and running a wire all the way back to the trunk to plug into the shark fin there.

Only reason to not use the OEM one is if you can't obtain one (which is an increasingly likely event anymore)
