Default tint

i had my tinted first by a "professional" at a local stereo shop for $150. when it's done, i saw that at the edge of the front door( where the tweeters are) did not get tinted. so i took it back thinking that they'll remove it and re-tint. NOPE... still did not tint the edge. and he claim that his tinter said it's the best he can do.
so, i took it to a local tint shop( specialize in tint only) i found it off yelp ( business rating website)
and the guy removed the old tint, remove the door and did a immaculate job. for a $100 more.
well worth the money.

Wow....that sucks. They should've at least told you that beforehand to save you all that time......and money.

To the OP. Consider him telling you that information up front as a favor. Leave and don't turn back. If they can't tint the windows without removing the door paniels then I would hardly call them professionals. I had my tint done all around for $350 but it was well worth it. With tint you get what you pay for. It was a husband and wife team and they did my front windows without ever touching the door panels, came out perfect. As a matter of fact it was the only tint job that I ever got (had tints on 5 previous cars) where upon deilvery there were zero bubbles. Didn't even have to set or cure because they did such a great job at applying the film.
