Her insurance is denying liability to my damages because of conflicting stories, since it was in a private owned parking lot it will be up to the insurance companies to decide who's at fault. After the incident she stated she was at fault she's sorry she didn't see me. I should have recorded it on camera or something. Im so disappointed so frustrated. Her insurance told me i can file a claim through my insurance have them represent the issue and the lady said there will be a 3rd party to listen to both sides of the insurance and make a final decision. I won't do that filing a claim would cost me 500$ deductible fees. I have classes with her Mon Wed and Fri for english ima try to talk to her and pretend like i didn't talk with her insurance yet and see what she says ( recording a video at the same time through y iPhone) god I'm so upset.

The insurance says with a police or without a police report it wouldn't matter because it just seemed like to close of a call for them to tell. But one reason she said was because its on Private Property and the insurance would have control to come up with the final decision, the only witness i remembered seeing was the Pick up truck that passed before we back out and this honda civic that was beside me when it happened and drove through when i pulled back in the lot. Monday ima go out to my campus police and have them give me all information for this black honda civic that has to be year 2000 or older. WIsh me luck ima find this guy i aint letting this girl go easy.Thank god it was at a my uni parking lot they know who's car is who's
