Can I play DVDs if I swap my stock Nav CD player with the Mark Levinson CD player?

My IS250 has the stock Nav (non-ML). Can I play DVD's if I swap it with the Mark Levinson CD Player?

From my knowledge you shouldn't be able to with just that swapping but you have to do the override process too.

You'll need the harness too for the ML radio. Swapping will allow you to watch dvds, but not while moving.
