I got some 20in black wheels with silver lip on my Obsidian IS right now. Should I trade my wheels for MMR GT1 hyper silver 20in??? Right now mines arent staggered but the setup im looking to trade is. He is looking to sell them for $350 and I can sell mines to a friend for $500.

What do you guys think?

 

hyper silver will look great on your ride-btw,is his ride rwd?so that's why it's staggered?yours is awd,right?

 

we both have rwd. i was still a newbie when i bought the 8.5 all around and didnt really care at the time. but now i like the staggered look

 

His front tires are 235 25 20 and mines are 225 30 20. will i experience more rubbing? mines barely rub when i make sharp left turns

 

The tire size seem ok since you're not THAT slammed I would say go for the other set

 

I like his wheels better and you'll actually come up some cash. You may experience a bit of rubbing. Depends on the with of the wheel and offset. His is a lower profile though. Have you rolled your fenders up front? I say do it!!

in that case,go for it,like what i said it will look great into your ride and the rubbing will be the same, we got some thread here that preventing or solving rubbing on fender linings,might press plastic linings or heat gun it to press-good luck

 

Not a fan of black rims. You can't see them at night or in the shade

nvm. he took them out and two of the tires are bent and im gonna end up spending more than i bought them to fix them. damn really liked them too.
