It's all on how you drive it
yea that true! well i dont drive all crazy speed limit almost all the time not gonna lie LOL
i like to cruise on highway going around 65-70mph all the time. im pretty sure ill will get the same MPG as my CIVIC or maybe more after what i been ready

There's advantages and disadvantages to buying from a dealer or a private owner....off the top of my head...

Dealer:
Pros: Vehicle is usually inspected and serviced, Usually some sort of warranty, only way to get a Lexus CPO car, easier to finance a car
Cons: Higher price, harder to negotiate, don't get a feel for who owned the car before

Private sale:
Pros: Cheaper, easier to negotiate, get a feel for what kind of person owned the car before
Cons: Harder to finance, usually no warranty (unless there is a transferable one)
im leaning toward dealer because some Is250 has rattle(WHICH SOOOOO ANNOYING), carbon build up, and etc. hopefully they would have fix all that before they resale it!! and offering warranty!!

Don't bet on the dealership having fixed those issues. The best way to make sure your covered in the case of the dash rattle is to make sure you still have some of the bumper to bumper warranty left (at this point that basically means find a low miles 2008 or newer). Carbon build up is covered under the powertrain warranty.....so best protection there is to have one under 6yrs/70k so its still covered.

For most people, the dash rattle isn't a one visit fix. Same goes for the carbon build up, it usually builds up again.

And i ALREADY HATES MY SI MPG I GET AROUND 23-25 ABOUT HALF AND HALF CITY AND HIGHWAY. i know its not that bad 23-25 but idk im really picky HAHAH i read that the 250 gets around the same 23-25 mix.

HAHAHA GOING DOWNHILL
If gas mileage is your main concern, get a base Civic.

The IS250 gas mileage isn't all that great. I got the 250 loaner and only averaged ~22MPG on a full tank.

You where probably trying to drive it like it was your 350 that's why lol.

IS250 gets awesome gas mileage...i've 480 miles on a tank before on road trips and i'm always getting 30-33mpg tank averages lately.

Lifetime average for mine is currently at 29.1mpg

If you can, go for 350. Gas mileage isn't that much different and that extra 100hp really means A LOT.

Was the hill 90 degrees making it a vertical drop?
You'll have to ask him. He has videos of 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds with low rear tire pressure (I know Raralith used 24 psi for his 1/8 mile runs), low gas, no spare tire, and cold weather (~40 degrees F) recorded by a Vector FX2 apparatus.

Either you accept the Vector FX2 figures on flat land (0 to 60 in 4.5) or reject them on grounds of potential miscalibration or outright deception (maybe he's actually going downhill for those 4.5 runs).

If you accept the 4.5 figure on flat land, it's not unreasonable to believe that another .3 seconds can be shaved off going down hill.

Ferrari does things like that too when they post times for their cars, when customers cant replicate those times they say all kinds of 'we dont know what kinds of conditions/skill of driver' excuses, did you know they provide TWO different cars on press day? one for the track and one for the strip... so shady... and thats what these is350 times are.. not a real representation of what the is350 NORMALLY does.

Dyno sheet posters on supra boards are notorious for doing these kinds of things, 1600hp on street gas, do they actually drive such a car? No its only for that one pull to post the sheet...
