Yes, they may share the same fuse, so look up ur manual and find out which fuse is burnned, replace it use the spare one. I believe its 10, the red color. Last time i change my parking light and the fuse got burnned I replace it within 1 min, and It works again. GL to u.
I guess dealer just never tells the truth ? Or is there some truth to what he was saying about bright LED too hot and burns stuff .. ?
Well-designed LEDs should run relatively cool.

OMG lol this happen to me today I looked under the passenger fuse box and saw the door fuse I pulled it out (was blown)
and replaced it....Then the lights still dont come on nor does the home link work.
I didnt know there was a fuse on the driver side going to check that out maybe i blew something there as well
the connection on my leds was a little loose thats what cause the fuse to blow. now its just the matter of finding the other mystery fuse to replace .....
